Service Centers should have printed channel lineups. Check locations and hours at http://customer.xfinity.com/service-center-locations.

Thanks, Zach. It may have been a weekend glitch, 'cause the night before my scheduled recordings showed an SNL show that also ended early. It was a repeat episode before the "real SNL" but it showed as scheduled for an hour and cut off at 30 minutes. Go figure.

Hi,
This is an issue with the software side of things and how they deal with channels not maked "Copy Freely".
Windows media center on windows 8.1 is the only software that can pick up the channels marked Copy Once. All other channels, including HD marked Copy Freely, I am able to pick up.
The hd channels are part of my service as well.

Cable Card Pairing Problem(I think). 3 tech visits. Hours on the phone. Still not working.
Two good tech visits(2 hours, 4 hours).
One bad tech visit (30 min). (He told be I needed to replace cards, he didn't have any, even though I was told a Tivo/Cable Card expert would come. I had to drive 25 minutes each way to xfinity store.) Still didn't work after "pairing". Some channels work, as before, but now all.
Professional phone support from all over the world. No complaints about the way I have been treated, but still no resolution. What do I need to do?
